1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. How to Enter
Complete the entry form for the active campaign during its promotion period. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): mail a 3x5 card with your full name, address, phone number and email to the Sponsor address for the campaign; limit one AMOE entry per envelope. All entry methods have an equal chance of winning.
4. Winner Selection
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawings are conducted and verified by the Sponsor and recorded for transparency.
5. Winner Notification
Potential winners are notified by email and/or phone using the contact information submitted with the entry. A potential winner who cannot be reached within 7 days, or who fails to complete required affidavits, forfeits the prize and an alternate may be selected.
6. Prizes & Taxes
Prizes are as described in the applicable campaign. No cash substitution or transfer of prizes except at the Sponsor's discretion. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
